THE INFORMATION CENTRE

Please note that the Information Centre / Shop is temporarily closed for renovations.

It is a port of entry to introduces the site. Besides its first function to inform visitors on the site and the Remembrance Tour, the Information Centre offers a permanent exhibition dedicated to the South African participation sud-africaine in the First World War notably the role of the Native Labour Contingent. Panels reminds the creation of the site : construction of the Memorial and of the Museum.

It also provides light refreshments and basic facilities such as car park, toilets and resting area. Books can also be purchsed from the Information Centre.
